Cancellation Policy

ARHOST strives to provide high-quality services to meet your business needs. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to cancel a service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for service cancellations.

General Cancellation Terms


Request Submission:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through the client portal or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

  • The request should include your account details and the specific service you wish to cancel.

Notice Period:

  • Hosting Services: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before the next billing cycle.

  • Domain Services: Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers are non-refundable after payment has been processed.

  • Digital Marketing Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the scheduled campaign start date.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Services canceled within the first 30 days of activation may be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, excluding non-refundable services such as domain registration fees.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the 30-day period.

Service-Specific Cancellation Terms


Hosting Services:

  • Shared Hosting: Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic billing.

  • VPS Hosting: Clients are responsible for canceling their VPS subscription at least 7 days before the renewal date. Failure to do so may result in billing for the next cycle.

  • BDIX Hosting: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before the renewal date. No refund will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Web Development Services:

  • Projects in progress are subject to cancellation fees based on the percentage of work completed. Completed milestones are non-refundable.

Digital Marketing Services:

  • Ongoing campaigns require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for cancellation.

  • Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Conditions for Immediate Termination

ARHOST reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Illegal activities, spamming, or abusive practices.

  • Non-payment or chargebacks on invoices.

Refund Processing


Timeline:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days from the approval of the cancellation request.

Method:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as account credits, based on client preference.
