1. General Cancellation Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of service purchased. The conditions for canceling services and any applicable fees or penalties are outlined in this policy.
  • Request Period: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made outside this period may be subject to additional terms or may not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Domain Registration

  • Cancellation Policy: Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered due to the involvement of third-party registries.
  • Cancellation Process: If you wish to cancel a domain registration, please contact our support team. While the registration fee is non-refundable, we may assist you with transferring the domain to another registrar if applicable.

3. Hosting Services

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel hosting services at any time. However, any fees paid for hosting services are non-refundable beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
  • Notice Period: To avoid additional charges, you must provide 15 days’ notice before the end of your billing cycle. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in charges for the following billing period.
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, no refunds will be issued. However, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the remaining time of your hosting plan.

4. Web Development Services

  • Cancellation Policy: Web development services are considered non-cancellable once the project has commenced. This includes any planning, design, coding, or other development activities.
  • Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a web development project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative or setup fees.
  • Ongoing Projects: For ongoing projects, cancellation requests must be made in writing. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and no refund will be issued for services rendered.

5. Digital Marketing Services

  • Cancellation Policy: Digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, are non-cancellable once the campaign has started.
  • Pre-Paid Services: For pre-paid digital marketing services, cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund will be pro-rated based on the remaining services not yet rendered.

6. Bulk SMS Services

  • Cancellation Policy: Bulk SMS services can be canceled at any time. However, any fees paid for services are non-refundable if the service has been used.
  • Unused Credits: If you have unused credits at the time of cancellation, they may be forfeited, and no refund will be provided for the unused credits.

We will process your cancellation request and confirm receipt within 07 business days. Please note that cancellation requests submitted outside the specified periods or conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may incur additional charges.
