ARHOST is committed to providing high-quality services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions and processes for refunds.
General Refund Terms
Eligibility for Refunds:Refunds are available only for services cancelled within 30 days of purchase under our 30-day money-back guarantee
Services that are explicitly non-refundable, such as domain registrations and renewals, are not eligible for refunds
Non-Refundable Services:
Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees
Web development and digital marketing services already delivered or in progress
Partial Refunds:
Refunds for web development projects are subject to the percentage of work completed. Milestones already achieved are non-refundable
Processing Fees:
Any processing fees incurred during payment are non-refundable
Service-Specific Refund Policies
Hosting Services:
Shared Hosting: Full refunds are available if the service is cancelled within 30 days of activation
VPS Hosting: No refunds will be issued for VPS hosting services under any circumstances
BDiX Hosting: Full refunds are available if the service is cancelled within 30 days of activation
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations
Digital Marketing Services:
Refunds are not available for campaigns once they have started
Fees for services already rendered, such as ad creation or analytics setup, are non-refundable
Web Development Services:
Projects cancelled before completion may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed
Refund Request Process
Submission of Request:
Refund requests must be submitted through the client portal or by contacting our support team at [email protected]
Include your account details, the service in question, and the reason for the refund request
Review and Approval:
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10–15 business days
Approval is subject to compliance with this Refund Policy
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as account credits, depending on customer preference
Conditions for Denial of Refunds
ARHOST reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
Policy violations, including spamming, illegal activities, or abuse of services
Failure to comply with the cancellation terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy
Requests made after the 30-day refund eligibility period
