Terms of Service

Welcome to ARHOST. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including domain registration, hosting, web development, bulk SMS, digital marketing, and other related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of ARHOST’s Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Services Provided
ARHOST offers a range of Services, including but not limited to:
● Domain registration and management
● Shared/web hosting and VPS hosting
● Website development and design
● Bulk SMS solutions
● Digital marketing services
We may update or discontinue specific Services at any time with prior notice to users.
Delivery of Services
● Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated receipt. Please keep this receipt for future reference. Your unique customer username, included on the receipt, should be used for any inquiries.
● Services are typically delivered electronically via email immediately after signup is complete. If delivery is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone. Payment will only be deducted upon service delivery.
● Our support team operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and we aim to respond to inquiries within one hour.
Affiliate Program
● Affiliates must use the provided affiliate link as displayed in the client area. Modifying, masking, or hiding the link is prohibited.
● Affiliates may not engage in spam or advertising practices that violate the rules of hosting platforms. Violations may result in the affiliate link being reported and account termination.
Web Hosting Terms
● The use of ARHOST’s hosting services is subject to these Terms and all applicable policies.
● Weekly backups are performed for internal use in case of server failure. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups. Backup restoration fees are $10 per request.
● Suspended or terminated accounts may incur fees for backup restoration ($20 per request). Backups for terminated accounts are retained for 13 days and are not guaranteed.
VPS CPU Usage
● Clients agree not to run any processes on their VPS that create a CPU load above 0.9 on the VPS for an extended period or cause a high CPU load on the host node for an extended period.
● Clients agree not to use the equivalent of a full core for an extended period. Disruptive CPU usage may result in a reboot, shutdown, or suspension of the VPS regardless of the time involved.
Transfer Policy
● Free transfer is only applicable for cPanel to cPanel transfers. For manual transfers, a $10 one-time fee applies. For more details, please refer to our transfer policy.
● For VPS servers, root-to-root transfers are free with no account transfer limit. For non-root to root transfers, the limit is 30 accounts, after which a $1 fee applies for each additional account.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
● Use the Services for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or distributing malware.
● Host adult content, pirated software, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.
● Use hosting accounts for file storage unrelated to your website.
● Abuse resources in a way that affects other users’ access.
● Provide false or incomplete contact details.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.
Payment and Billing
● Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
● For shared hosting accounts, unpaid invoices will result in:
● Suspension after 4 days
● Termination after 30 days
● For VPS accounts, unpaid invoices will result in:
● Suspension after 4 days
●Termination after 7 days
Liability and Warranties
● ARHOST provides Services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
● ARHOST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions.
● You are responsible for the security and content of your account.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
